T a m a n N e g a r a   is indeed one the oldest rainforests in the entire world, estimated at 130 million years old. The abundance and diversity of nature is phenomenal in Taman Negara, one of the world's most complex and rich ecosystems. A veritable treasure of the planet.

Taman Negara is the largest and the oldest protected area in the country. It covers 4,343 sq km; the central coordinates are 04°30' North latitude and 102°59' East longitude. Conquest of Bukit Broga@Semenyih

Ever heard of Bukit Broga? I've bet most of us never heard of it,same as mine until I've discovered it last few weeks.Still undiscovered, Bukit Broga located in Semenyih, Selangor with 390 meter 1279 above the sea level, it definitely worth of hiking and exploring.
We arrived around 8.30am and start hiking at 9.00am, not a good timing actually,as it already hot with morning sunlight. Most of the hiker already on the way down during that time. For next trip, we will make sure to start at 5.00am in the morning so we can enjoy the sunrise.

As for me, this is the first hiking activity in the past 10yrs, so please imagine how hard for me..hehe. I'm definitely out of stamina and our journey took about 2hours to conquer compare to normal people that usually took only 30min-1 hours for the hiking activity.Anyway I'm not give up and finally, look at the beutiful picture taken at the top of the Bukit Broga.Yes...........

Jom Makan-Makan@Ole-Ole Bali

Ole-Ole Bali @Solaris Mount Kiara .
Looking from interior design and concept, who would believe that it is really worth of money. With a modern contemporary Balinese style added, at first I kinda hesitate to walk in, afraid that it will cost me a fortune...
The design is so amazing and rich with Javanese concept but yet the food is really worth it .
Among of the famous menu serve is Ole-ole Nasi Campur and Ole-Ole Trio.
Located at the Solaris Mount Kiara, I've try to experience a variety of Balinese delicacies, opt for the Ole-Ole Trio, a combination of Ole-Ole BBQ Wings, Sate Lilit and Cumi-Cumi Goreng, served with Sambel Matah, Sambel Terasi, and Tartar Sauce.

For the food lover, you could try Ole-Ole Nasi Campur for only RM 33.00 and yet you still can share due to it is really big portion. For Ole-Ole Trio, the price is only RM38.00 and for BBQ Combo which is combination of beef and chicken grill, the price is RM33.00.Besides Balinese cuisine, the menu offers burgers, sandwiches, Western standards like steaks and fish and chips. But why order those when there’s the wonderful Nasi Campur Ole Ole? For drinks, recommended is the Lemongrass Mojito (RM10) which is very refreshing, especially on a hot day.

At this moment, the only have 2 restaurant Ole- Ole Bali in Malaysia which is in Sunway Pyramid and Solaris Mount Kiara.

Getting Here...
Well if you driving from Kl, you have 2 options either to take Tapah road or Simpang Pulai. If you using Tapah road, make sure your driving skill is excellent as the road is really dangerous and a lot of big truck and lorry using the same road. Should drive carefully. Using Tapah road is more dangerous but it save your time compare to Simpang Pulai, but for safety, try to use Simpang Pulai if you are not confident with Cameron Highland road. Just a friendly advise .Basically it will takes around 3.5hr -4.5hr from Kl to Cameron Highland. If you taking Tapah road you will be reaching Ringlet and then Tanah Rata and lastly is Brinchang.

If you reach Ringlet, its looks like a small town and along the road you could see view of tea plantation mostly. Reaching at Tanah Rata more likely a main town where you can find a lot of shop selling tea, roses and products from Cameron Highland. Beside, if you are the coffee lover and can't stop having coffee, you can hang out at Starbucks @Tanah Rata..finally its open in 2008(last year in 2007 during my last visited, it's still no sign of starbucks). If you need a bank, there is few banks in Tanah Rata such as Hsbc,Cimb, Agro Bank and Maybank. No worries...
You could find a lot of restaurant at Tanah Rata and Brinchang including Secret Recipes, Marry Brown Shop and other local shop.

Places that you have to go including Sg Palas Boh Plantation, Markets and Strawberry Farm. There is few tea plantation at Cameron but if you go to Boh Plantation, you could experience the history of the tea making and visit to factory. Beside they also have restaurant @hang out places at Sg Palas Boh Plantation that offered variety of tea. What a cool place.
Road to Sg Palas is more dangerous compare to other road along Cameron Highland( It's look like only can fit 1 vehicle at 1 time). Just try to drive slowly.

For strawberry farm, you could choose as there is a lot of strawberry farm but some of them do not offer pluck your own strawberry .Like Raju strawberry farm, they don't allowed you to pluck strawberry but you can buy from counter .They also selling strawberry's ice-cream,blended and etc. Different then EQ Strawberry Farm, they offered pluck your own strawberry and you can eat with honey or whipped cream on the spot. Just go and try yourself.

The Markets is one of main tourist market is located around Kea Farm but you can also find many of them all along the main road from Ringlet to Kg.Raja.You can get everything here from potted plants, fresh flowers, cactus, strawberries, vegetables, tea and other Cameron Highlands produce.A small coffeshop and cartoon strawberry garden can also be found here.
